The chairman of the supervisory board of SIGNA Development Selection AG is retiring. As announced on Thursday, former Chancellor Alfred Gusenbauer will resign from his position as chairman of the supervisory board at the end of the next general meeting.
Gusenbauer will no longer be available for re-election, according to a statement from SIGNA Development Selection AG. The board was asked to make the necessary preparations.
Gusenbauer wants a “new beginning”
“With the creditors’ meeting, Signa Development is entering a new phase of its development. This new beginning also requires a reorganization of the bodies in order to be able to enter the future with new confidence,” said Gusenbauer.
The ex-chancellor would like to thank everyone for their “confidential cooperation” – even in difficult times. Gusenbauer wishes “Signa Development all the best.”
More coming soon…
