Altmann & Kühne puts Liliput confectionery and handmade chocolate eggs in the nest – every praline is unique. Two new bosses in their thirties are leading the almost century-old Viennese confectionery manufacturer into the future.
The delicate scent as soon as you open the front door: freshly roasted hazelnuts and hot chocolate. The scent path leads to a discreet shop on the ground floor of an old building in Vienna-Leopoldstadt – chocolate heaven: here, pastry chef and master pastry chef Reinhard Pauser (53) and pastry chef Petra Karpf (50) make Easter delicacies for the traditional manufacturer Altmann & Kühne: Marzipan Raspberry filling. And the famous Liliput confectionery: miniature chocolates in miniature format.
