Ideally, we would all be able to make a good living from our work and enjoy it. But the reality is unfortunately different for many people. For some, the salary is a problematic issue, for others it is the working atmosphere. If you work well with your colleagues, a lower salary might be more bearable, right? What plays the bigger role for you?
What experiences have you had so far when it comes to choosing between salary and working atmosphere? Would you rather stop working because of the salary or because of a bad working atmosphere? What advice would you give to others choosing between the two? Feel free to let us know in the comments below!
