Kogler then also writes about his personal future: “At the same time, it is important for me to personally inform you that after more than five years of enthusiastic development work, which we have now completed, I am no longer interested in a new term of office as the board of Lower Austria -LGA will apply.”
The employment relationship of Kogler, who worked as director of the state police for Lower Austria before joining the LGA, will expire in February 2025. Since his time as General Director for Public Safety, he has been considered a close confidant of ÖVP State Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner. , who was then Minister of the Interior.
