At what monthly income does my education put me in the “richest quarter” of employees and at what point am I above average? The “Krone” now shows in clear graphs how much Austrians with apprentice qualifications, high school diplomas, university degrees, etc. actually earn.
We show which qualification earns Austrians the most money and at what salary they are among the top earners in their comparison group (with the same education) or above average in terms of income. Statistics Austria analyzed several categories for “Krone” readers: university and technical college, vocational high school, vocational high school, master’s exam, college and academy, apprenticeship qualification, general high school and “at most compulsory school qualification”. The results are also available separately for full-time employees and part-time employees.
