Critics speak of a quasi-delivery and a huge intervention in private: the planned building block for 78 private ownership in Innsbruck heats the mind. The FPö now stimulates an amendment to the law.
The Tyrolean FPö State Party chairman Markus Abwerzger describes the plans of the city council of Innsbruck with regard to imposing a building block as a means for creating social residential construction.
“Massive intervention in private ownership”
“Not only that this is a huge intervention in private ownership, this measure is putting the state legislator to the test,” said Abwerzger.
He points out that a building block was intended as a temporary measure to give municipalities permission to prevent the building in a certain area for a certain time if the municipality is in a phase to revise its spatial planning.
“Eliminate legal abuse”
The State Tyrol is obliged to remove “legal abuse”, says the Tyrolean FPö boss and announces a corresponding application.
