That is why considerably fewer transactions have been done in the past year, but this had hardly any influence on the price of construction plots. Despite the lower demand, it continued to increase in most parts of the country. However, there are also exceptions. Krone+ shows the bargains.
In 2022, more than 108,000 property or apartments, houses or country changed the owner, so this number fell considerably in the following years. In 2023 there were only 77,591, in 2024 there was a further decrease from eleven percent to 69,210 transactions. Of course the total volume also decreased. The owner changed around 23 billion euros last year due to purchases of real estate. The biggest decrease in sale was built in the arable land.
The real estate level 2025 shows that the prices of individual property that are suitable for the construction of a single -family home have decreased despite less demand. Krone+ looked at the prizes and found only one district in which the purchase of land has become cheaper in the last five years.
