Mama’s Donations – Final report Ready: Benko threatens the first indictment

Date:

Researchers condensate the suspicion that René Benko had enormous influence on the millions of his mother. Especially around the collapse of his Signa group and his own bankruptcy. The “Kroon” knows the final report of 54 pages about the donations of the “Straw Mom”.

An explosive final report of the Soko Soko Signa Special Commission of the Federal Criminal Police Office also brings a different highlight of an opaque network of private foundations, family flows and dubious gifts in the middle of the competition of the former real estate specialist René Benko.

Flows from the shade
The report shows that René Benko received considerable amounts from his mother Ingeborg Benko in the years before 2023. Gelder, who in turn coincides with distributions of foundations such as the Laura Private Foundation in Innsbruck or the INGBE Foundation in Liechtenstein. Spicy: The transfers to Benko Junior each took place in the vicinity of the credit in his mother’s account. An extract:

  • On December 28, 2015, mother Benko received a donation of more than 15 million euros from the Laura Private Foundation. On the same day the 15 million will continue as a donation to René Benko.
  • On December 7, 2017, 1,015 million euros will flow from the Laura Foundation to Benko’s mother. The 1,015 million also migrated to the son’s account on the same day.
  • On December 19, 2019, Ingeborg Benko from the Laura Foundation collected 2,682 million euros. This sum will be slid on the son a day later. Again as a gift.

The chain of gifts from November 2023 – partly referred to as “loan” or “transmission” – was apparently not a coincidence, but possibly part of a strategic maneuver. In a WhatsApp message of November 22, 2023, Benko’s sister, who is also a mother’s lawyer, literally asks:

“€ 3 million were discussed as ‘distribution’ in Mums account. How much do you want to send? And what use? Gift?”

A clear comment: René Benko apparently freely had this three million euros, although she was formally paid by the Liechtenstein Ingbe Foundation to the most important favorite, his mother.

The trail of the money
The most explosive transaction: on November 24, 2023, 1.5 million euros flowed from in Ingeborg Benko to her son. Only five days later this 300,000 euros repaid – with the intended use of “return loan”. But in his later list of wealth, Pleitier Benko himself described this payment as a “return donation” – he hardly needed the 300,000 euros at the time.

The researchers regard this as a “backfire”, that is, as an attempt to reverse an originally voluntary money transfer – just at a time when René Benko was already suffering from a mass debt tax. According to the investigation, he did not have sufficient resources to make voluntary repayments. Already in December 2023 it had assumed that it needed more million subsidies from the alleged “Straw Mom”.

Manöver for the disadvantage of the creditor?
The temporary connection is striking: also on November 29, 2023 – the day of the “Backfire” of the 300,000 euros – Benko signed personal guarantee statements of a total of five million euros for the Signa Holding Renovation Process, which must be requested the next day. This results in a clear picture: despite a so -called missing financial requirement at the end of November 2023, the financial juggler has assigned itself to millions of guarantees.

The researchers therefore come to the conclusion: “It can be assumed that it was a gift from a gift and the creditors of the René Benko were damaged by an amount of € 300,000.”

The repayment to the mother could have been a targeted attempt to deprive assets of the creditors’ access, who can be considered as a criminal as a fraudulent Crida as a fraudulent Crida. René Benko fiercely denies all allegations, the suspicion of innocence applies. However, the judiciary insiders consider it possible that the investigation into the possible disadvantage of the creditor can soon be caused by an indictment.

Gift in the foundation
A detail from the final report of 54 pages about the donations will also be of great importance of Benko’s creditors and massive managers: Ingeborg Benko and her son had founded the INGBE Foundation in Liechtenstein, which was considered the family bunker in 2014 in 2014. As a gift.
