Just in time before the summer – hopefully start starting again – in Salzburg, new bars and bar concepts sprout from the ground in Salzburg. Christina-Sonja Weinhandl opened her Pleasure Project Bar Centrale on Friday in the former wine office. A well-known ex-skistar mixed with the first guests.
Alexandra Meissnitzer in Salzburg City did not miss the opening of the Pleasure Project Bar Centrale of her good friend on Friday. As one of the first, she received a photo of the new location in Bergstrasse. Special highlight: the cozy and sunny garden.
Italian pleasures will be found on the plates of the restaurant: Mediterranean snacks are already offered in 11 am, but the classic aperitif is also held up: in Italy it is considered a “social event”, a ritual between the end of the day and dinner. Accompanied by prosecchi, crying or aperol and lemoncello spray. Even non-alcoholic spray variants should not be missing in the central beam.
On the other hand, there are only high-poetry things in another new bar in the center of Salzburg: the Mozart chocolate lounge is open in Mozart-Birthhaus and relies on various creations with the Mozart chocoladelikeur. The liqueur of the spherical bottles can also be tasted in an extra “tasting room”.
Two characteristic drinks, made exclusively by the Salzburg Bar Virtuosos Attila Szellhofer of the award -winning Burdock Bar in Schallmooser Haeptraße, are the highlights on the drink menu.
Speaking of Burdock Bar: their former bartender Stanislaus fürst is changing to The 2-star restaurant Senn. There he takes over the management of the new Senns.bar. Fürst likes to work with fermented ingredients, food, pickled fruit and unusual aroma components.
From now on his guests can look forward to cocktail creations such as pomegranate, rum, corn and shisho, pisco, salt lemon.
