All family -international legal disputes at the Crystal Group Swarovski are apparently included. The shareholders of the company, based in Wattens in Tyrol, now unanimously decided to create an integrated crystal group by introducing the regular operation.
“With this unification, the Swarovski, Weis and Frey family lay the foundation for an independent further development of their companies, which, in addition to the Crystal area, also include Tyrolite and Swarovski, and create new opportunities for dynamic growth,” says a broadcast.
“Further development of the Wattens location”
The business development of the crystal area in the past four years has confirmed the continuous progress of the turnaround. “The establishment of an integrated crystal group makes an acceleration of the profitable growth of the company, including the modernization and further development of the Wattens location for the global innovation,” the responsible persons are convinced.
All the sixth generation at the helm
The Crystal Company, founded 130 years ago by Daniel Swarovski (1862-1956), is one of the largest luxury companies in Europe in family businesses. The shares of the Swarovski Group are now in the hands of family shareholders of the fourth, fifth and sixth generation.
