Hermosa Fest kicks off its first edition today with a poster “to enjoy”

Date:

The Trips Summer Club venue will host the concerts of Samantha Hudson, Supreme De Luxe, La Prohibida and Colin Peters this Thursday

A poster to enjoy, dance and say goodbye to summer. This is the maxim of the Hermosa Fest Pride Beach Weekend, held Thursday through Saturday at the Trips Summer Club venue with the aim of creating “a space of diversity, respect and entertainment.” “A festival for people, for those who respect diversity and for those who live it with pride”, defend the promoters, Alfonso Torres, owner of Trips Summer Club, and Antonio Palazón, from the production company Meteorica Entertainment.

Samantha Hudson, Supremme De Luxe, La Prohibida, Algora, Malafé, Albert Infante, DJ Lola Von Dage, Cascales and Colin Peters make up the lineup for next Thursday on Trips, starting at 7pm. It continues on Friday with Natalia Lacunza, Varry Brava, La Casa Azul, Javiera Mena, OBK, DJ Guille Milkyway, Lancelot and Cascales, and concludes this Saturday with Fangoria, Nancys Rubias, Marlena, Travis Birds, Ley DJ, Papa Topo, Hidrogenesse, DJ Julia Cry, Lancelot and Cascales. National artists and bands that are leaders in freedom and diversity, DJ’s Sessions and many complementary activities such as crossfit on the beach, diving baptism and a run pride.

“One of the intentions of this festival is to break seasonality,” defended Alfonso Torres at the presentation of the project in Cartagena. “There are very few entrepreneurs who undertake activities outside the summer to extend the season. Antonio Palazón chose La Manga despite offers from other municipalities and brought us a poster comparable to the best festivals in the country».

Over a year ago, Meteorica Entertainment considered the possibility of organizing a concert with clear values: to respect and normalize diversity. «We looked for the perfect place and we found it in Trips, which is ideal for a festival of this size, as it is a unique enclave that will combine culture and natural spaces. We were right and I can already announce that this will not be the last edition”, defends Antonio Palazón.

In an interview published in LA VERDAD, Palazón was convinced of the potential that the Murcia region has in the autumn: “We are going to convey the message that it is an area of respect, of people who love, want to enjoy themselves and live well.” The promoter of the new musical event indicated that for this edition they have chosen artists who are national references, such as Varry Brava, Fangoria or La Casa Azul. “We also have Natalia Lacunza, Javiera Mena,… and we wanted to have other artists that we know are going to be really big in the future. We’ve tried to strike a balance so that audiences can discover new groups and enjoy the ones they already know. I have to say I’m passionate about the poster, for example Natalia Lacunza, an artist, and I love that Marlena is coming, but I find it hard to stick with a poster. Everyone has trusted us.”

“The Hermosa Fest Pride Beach Weekend is music. It’s fun. It’s freedom. It is the extension of the summer until mid-October. But above all, it is inclusion. A festival that goes beyond acronyms and defends diversity,” say the initiators on the website https://www.hermosafest.com/, where they offer a three-day subscription for 80 euros. The single ticket for today costs 22 euros; 42 euros the rest of the days. For minors, there are passes for three and two days.
