AMC and the CEU launch Enfamilia, a bet with content adapted to each time slot
Who says television no longer brings families together? AMC Networks International Southern Europe, the producer and distributor of thematic channels in the Spanish market, and the Fundación Universitaria San Pablo CEU want to once again put all members of the household in front of the screen at a time when individualized consumption has become popular. Coinciding with the arrival of Christmas, the new general linear channel, Enfamilia, was born, a bet with more than 60 series and 800 programs that aims to be “a unique meeting point in pay TV” with content for children, parents and grandparents ; including titles aimed at all ages and “adapted to any time of day”.
Because the main novelty of Enfamilia is that all target groups can find their favorite programs, films and fiction without having to change channels. For example, the daily schedule starts in the morning (from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM) with the “Panda Enfamilia” slot, where children can enjoy children’s series such as “Masha and the Bear”, “The Kratt Brothers”, “Burrita Rita”, “Pikwik Pack’ or ‘Panda and the Cardboard Ship’. The chain also focuses on decoration and gastronomy programs, with titles such as ‘Decorative Ideas with Lilla Moreno’ or ‘Chocolateando’.
In the afternoon, Enfamilia opens a window for documentaries (‘Veterinarios del Ártico’ or ‘Rescue Center in Malawi’) and culinary productions, returning from 1pm to 4pm by the hand of ‘El rey del pincho’, ‘Samantha’s touch’ or ‘Top Chef Junior’. After that, the afternoon grill is divided into three slots: nature documentaries (from 4pm to 6pm), decoration (from 6pm to 7pm) and gastronomy (from 7pm to 8pm). :00 hours). 00 hours). ‘Prime time’ focuses on fiction and combines engagement with family films such as ‘Cinema Paradiso’ or series such as ‘Monk’.
On weekends, Enfamilia’s programming follows a similar structure: children’s fiction and documentaries in the morning; decoration, series and gastronomy in the afternoon; and movies and series at night. In addition, it will have more than 1,000 programs on demand. The AMC channel will also launch exclusive premieres, such as the remastered version of the series “Doctor in Alaska”, the emblematic fiction that follows Joel Fleischman in his adventures through Cicely , who will be released on 9 January arrives.
