-I was on the run, like so many other things I studied during my studies and it’s very hard for me to understand. Psychopathology for example. Or that someone takes their own life. When I studied it I was 18 years old and I really wanted to live, now I want to. But there are close cases that affect us. And now it’s when it came out, before it didn’t come out.
-Because she has a friend who is suffering.
-Yes. A song comes out easier when it has a personal story behind it. And this friend of mine has been like my muse. She has been depressed for a long time. I asked him to write to me in a letter everything that came to his mind. I have also read suicide letters that touched me a lot. And I’ve had professionals in the field. The song has undergone transformations until it is as correct as possible because I made big mistakes in the beginning.
– It is not easy to talk to a suicidal person.
-No. And this song was written by a person who loves another person very much and wants to accompany her in pain. Hopefully it will help those who are in the pit.
You could say she works as a psychologist through music.
-There are songs of mine that are used therapeutically, starting with me, heh, heh… And psychologists who tell me they use them as tools. There my two vocations are united.
-And how is your friend?
-He’s busy, let’s see… I think he’s excited about the song, but it’s still early. Hopefully in a few months I can say that everything is in place.

We are forced to be perfect at everything. In social networks, it seems that what is not full is not worth it. You must be happy as an obligation. And no. Grief is also part of life.
-Do celebrity attitudes hurt?
-Not just the famous. Everyone wants to show the beauty in life and that can make us think that social networks are reality, when they are not. In my case, it’s enough to enter my profile to see that when I’m sad and messed up, I show it too. I’m not a beautiful aunt, I show myself as I am. And it seems people like that too. You need to talk about vulnerability.
– Have you ever looked into the abyss of suicide?
Everyone comes at some point in life with that idea in mind. Yes, I have had moments of great sadness. Hormonal adolescence is a bomb and you feel more lost. I have never come close to committing suicide, although I have suffered from stress, anxiety, not finding my place… But in moments of crisis is when one evolves.
Do you consider yourself a very vital person?
-Nerd. There’s an error in that. What is life, happiness? No. Life is also when a parent dies, grieving… Death and sorrow are part of life. You have to cry what it takes to cry. My father passed away in February and I am in a moment of grief in which I feel a lot of sadness but at the same time attach much more value to everything that happens to me in life. I have been immensely fortunate to have a wonderful father, from whom my sensitivity comes, and who has given me a lot of love. I am learning to transform this sadness, but I think it will stay there forever.
– What grabs you in life?
-Many things. I am a very enjoying aunt. Getting up and knowing that I’m going to have something delicious for breakfast, that the sun is shining on my face, meeting friends… I enjoy every moment of the day. But as soon as I don’t see the light anymore, I ask for help and go to therapy.
