Critics of Eusko Alkartasuna (EA) have denounced that Twitter has closed the accounts of Maiorga Ramírez, Iratxe López de Aberasturi, Mikel Goenaga, Koldo Amezketa, Ikerne Badiola, Leire López de Aberasturi and those of the local entities Azpeitia and Zarautz.
In a press conference held in San Sebastián along with other affected, Maiorga Ramírez explained that it is “a coordinated action” that they attribute to the official part of the formation to try to silence their “voice”. Likewise, they have assured that they have informed the Ertzaintza and the provincial police about what happened, Ramírez has indicated that they will take “as many actions as necessary to restore voice” on the network.
Ramírez has also asked EA’s executives to request their reinstatement, something they’ve already claimed from the general secretary, Eba Blanco, but without getting a response.
