The leaders of the PNV and the PSE-EE have made contacts to tackle a new tax reform that both sides consider necessary “to increase progressivity and respond to the challenges facing Basque society”.

PSE-EE and PNV believe that an agreement on future tax changes should be the starting point point a “very positive assessment of the 2013 reform and the adjustments introduced in 2018”.
