Elgarresta believes “only yes is yes” law is “good” for women despite PSOE reform

Elgarresta has also indicated that the revisions of sentences and releases of those convicted of sex crimes will have consequences “a social alarm” to which it was necessary to “provide an answer”, and he believed that the reform will give judges “less discretion” in setting sentences.

In reference to the pay gap He has said that segregation is completely related. “It is something from a long time ago, and it is deeply rooted in our society. To a large extent, we live in an advanced society, but segregation is still present. Roles and stereotypes also have a lot to do with it,” he explained.
