The 2nd Vice Mayor of Innsbruck has the train to the gate. He wants to be mayor. But not everyone in the capital wants that. Especially some of his party friends!
Almost eight months before the elections, the bourgeois forces in the city of Innsbruck are looking for a common platform. The whole thing was initiated by ÖVP city party chairman LA Christoph Appler. He invited Für Innsbruck, Seniorenbund, Neos and Liste Fritz. Talks will start in August. The primary goal, as Appler told ORF, is a common mayoral candidate. Unofficially, however, it is also about preventing one: namely the 1st vice-mayor of Innsbruck, Johannes Anzengruber.
