The “Krone” has the list that proves how radical action needs to be taken regarding motorists and driving licenses. This involves penalty points, driving bans for beginners and seniors and massive medical checks. The plan will be presented to the EU Parliament on Monday.
About 20,000 people die on European roads every year. That is why the European Commission wants to increase road safety for pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.
