Rocío Vitero has a degree in social work and a master’s degree in exclusion, integration and citizenship. Unai Fernández de Betoño is now a doctor of architecture and professor of Urbanism at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). He has been a director of the public company Ensanche 21 for many years and is currently a parliamentarian for EH Bildu in the Basque Parliament, where he leads areas such as housing, spatial planning, mobility and economic reactivation.
