Dispute medical association: – “Pitiful spectacle for patients”

“Krone” journalist Erich Vogl criticizes the current dispute over the medical association in a heated interview about domestic policy: “The health reform of Minister Johannes Rauch (Greens) will probably happen. What the medical association is currently doing to prevent this is a sad spectacle on the backs of patients.”

Vogl also criticizes the hardened situation in domestic wage negotiations: “I have never seen collective bargaining proceed like this before.” On the contrary, there were years when the chief negotiators worked out the last crucial details together in the men’s negotiations. However, at the moment it doesn’t look like there will be an agreement of any kind.

‘The Benko-U Committee, and especially the ÖVP, is not right’
According to Vogl, the initiative of Nina Tomaselli, member of the Green National Council to clarify the events surrounding Rene Benko’s Signa group of companies in a parliamentary U committee, was “not a bad tactical choice”: “It’s about clarifying possible dubious transactions between Benko and politicians. Something that the ÖVP in particular should not be happy with.”

The domestic policy professional also analyzes the current situation of the black-green federal government, the apparent flight of Herbert Kickl (FPÖ) from the ‘classical media’ and the question of whether the Governor of Lower Austria, Johanna Mikl-KLeitner, is the top candidate of the ÖVP will be in the elections for the ÖVP. upcoming EU elections could.
