In the event that no party obtains an absolute majority in the elections, it is not clear to 33.5% of citizens which governance pacts they prefer, although there are two options that stand out: the pact between the PNV and EH Bildu and the pact between the PNV and the PSE. -EE. This is evident from the EITB Focus survey conducted in January.
Of those who gave their opinion, 18.7% favor a coalition government between the PNV and EH Bildu and 17.2% favor the coalition between the PNV and the PSE-EE. By far 5.4% would opt for a government of EH Bildu and Elkarrekin Podemos. Only 3.5% would bet on a joint government of EH Bildu and PSE-EE.
