Moreover, he has emphasized that the party’s statutes and the document establishing its roadmap are “crystal clear” and stipulate that dual militancy is prohibited in Podemos. At a press conference last Monday and asked about the situation of Podemos Navarra, which is part of the confluence of Navarra and which appears in the Sumar documents as a political force committed to its organic construction, Fernández explained that the presence of his party in ‘Contigo Navarra’ is only limited to the just an electoral coalition.
“Podemos Navarra is an independent political projectan autonomous project with which it is clear that Podemos Navarra is integrated into that coalition (Contigo Navarra), but without further ado,” he explained.
Asked about the hypothesis that Alfaro, the regional leader, is part of Sumar and involved in that formation, the Secretary of the Organization of Podemos excludes this and does not consider that possibility, insisting that there is no room for dual militancy in his party.
