Vox has filed a complaint with the National Court against AEK, given the fact that in Korrikaheld in Euskal Herria in recent weeks, more than 60 images of ETA members were exhibited.
The formation led by Santiago Abascal reported this in a statement has sued before the Central Investigative Court of the National Court to AEK, for the alleged crimes of “glorification of terrorism” and “humiliation of the dignity of victims.”
Vox’s national legal coordinator, Marta Castro, has filed the complaint against the organizer “for show photos of Javier García Gaztelu and other members of ETA,” and has asked that those identified in the videos, with the images and banners, be interrogated.
He has also demanded that the municipal councils where the races were held be informed to send the complete authorization file for the event, as well as the request for reports to the competent authorities of the Government Subdelegation, the National Police, the Civil Guard and Ertzaintza, so they send reports on the development of the event, with data on visitors, security measures taken and recorded incidents.
Vox warns the court that ‘the exhibition of photos of murderers during an event intended to be festive is more than a show of support and praise, a justification and approval of the criminal offenses committed by them”.
