The yes won with 84.6% of the votes. The citizens’ council is very satisfied because the day went normally and they praised the participation.
Sunday from plebiscite in Igeldo. All igeldoarras over 16 years old, some 984 people, have had the opportunity to decide whether they agree with the creation of the small local entity, or instead they prefer to continue as before: being a district of Donostia. He won the yes vote with a percentage of 84.6%.
During this day, 462 people voted in the Itsas Aurre building, so the participation was 46%.
There were 391 votes in favor (84.6%), 65 against (14%), 4 blank votes and 2 zero votes.
The Citizens’ Council was satisfied with both the course of the day and the participation data.
The center was open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., when votes were counted.
As soon as the result is known, the file will be sent to the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa for settlement by means of a provincial decision.
