The political week in Euskadi starts with the ratification of the agreement between PNV and PSE, goes through the investiture session and ends on Saturday at the Gernika Assembly House with the swearing-in of the new lehendakari.
A full week starts on June 17 marked red for several days on the agenda of Basque politicians:
ON MONDAY: The PNV and the PSE militants will ratify the treaty coalition agreement for the new government that both parties have signed.
In the case of the PSE-EE, the bases have been able to vote electronically from Thursday to Saturday 2 p.m. and on Monday they can do so in person, in the various socialist factions. The results will be known on Monday.
In the case of the PNV, Aberri Batzar will hold an extraordinary meeting in Sabin Etxea from 7 p.m. to decide whether or not to accept the coalition pact proposed by Euzkadi Buru Batzar.
ON WEDNESDAY: If all goes according to plan, Ortuzar and Andueza will formally sign this agreement in Parliament, in the presence of the elected Lehendakari, as usual.
Thursday: It is celebrated on full investiture. Imanol Pradales will be sworn in as Lehendakari, without the need for a second vote, as PNV and PSE have an absolute majority (39), but Pello Otxandiano will also present his candidacy on behalf of EH Bildu.
