Date:

The communities governed by the PP are rushing to present the resources, and this afternoon the Valencian government will approve them.

The autonomous communities governed by the PP have been rushing in recent hours to appeal the amnesty law to the Constitutional Court.

The Government of the Community of Madridchaired by Isabel Díaz Ayuso, presented this Monday before the Constitutional Court the appeal against the amnesty law, together with the challenges of the judges Cándido Conde Pumpido, Juan Carlos Campo and Laura Diez, “due to their public and notorious connection with the PSOE” , which according to the President of Madrid “disqualifies them from pursuing the constitutionality of this regulation”. This is how Díaz Ayuso put it during an informative breakfast organized by Nueva Economía Fórum, where he filed a denunciation of this law “written at the dictation of those who tried to carry out a coup d’état in Catalonia, arbitrary and obscenely unconstitutional”.

According to Díaz Ayuso, this rule represents “a new step” by the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, “in his operation to destroy the rule of law in order to at least remain in power.”

For her part, the President of the Cantabrian ParliamentMaría José González Revuelta explained that the appeal requests the annulment of the entire text of this organic law.

A decision, as González Revuelta recalled, that has the “unanimous” support of the Cantabrian Chamber, with the exception of the Socialist Group and the People’s Republic of China, which abstained; and “democratically it also responds to the feelings of the majority of the citizens of Cantabria.”

The legal services of the government of Aragon This Monday, they presented the call for unconstitutionality against the amnesty law, realizing that it violates the principles of exclusivity and independence of the judiciary and therefore of the separation of powers, and those of equality, legality and legal certainty.

The government of the Generalitat ValenciaNa will approve this afternoon to appeal the amnesty law to the Constitutional Court (TC) in order to maintain the ‘equality’ before the courts of ‘all’ Spaniards.
