Alberto González Amador, partner of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has filed a complaint against Attorney General Álvaro García for disseminating data from the investigation into his alleged tax fraud.

María Ángeles Sánchez Conde, number two of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, presented her report to the Supreme Court on Monday on the possible opening of a criminal case against García Ortiz, as requested by the partner of the President of the Community of Madrid.
Businessman González Amador, who was investigated by a Madrid court for alleged tax fraud, filed a complaint with the Madrid High Court (TSJM) against two prosecutors for disseminating information about his proceedings to the media. In that note, the Madrid Public Prosecutor’s Office reported on the exchange of emails between González Amador’s lawyer and prosecutor Julián Salto. Díaz Ayuso’s partner took responsibility in this statement.
After investigating, the TSJM sent the case to the Supreme Court in case there was evidence against him, something that the lieutenant prosecutor flatly rejects, defending that the facts do not constitute a crime and asks to archive the procedure.
Once the Public Prosecution Service has ruled, it will be up to the Supreme Court to decide on the possible charges against the Attorney General. The speaker of the case is the progressive magistrate Susana Polowho are joined in this room by judges Manuel Marchena, Antonio del Moral, Juan Ramón Berdugo and Carmen Lamela, all conservative in nature.
