Díaz: “We are negotiating within the coalition”
The extraordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers is convened for the day following the end of the Summit of EU Heads of State or Government which will also analyze the evolution of the economic and social consequences of the war in Ukraine.
With this approval, the second vice president, Yolanda Diazcalls for the inclusion of initiatives such as a 300 euro aid check for the most vulnerable families and a subsidy for the transport subscription.
“We are negotiating within the coalition. We are two different spaces, with different opinions. We propose measures related to the impact of inflation on people’s lives,” said Díaz.
However, the second vice president has acknowledged that there is “little time” to bring positions closer together. “I’m sure we will reach an agreement,” Diaz concluded.
