Sánchez retains María Jesús Montero as Deputy Secretary General and Santos Cerdán as Secretary of the Organization, and a large part of the ministers such as Félix Bolaños, Óscar Puente, Pilar Alegría, Elma Saiz, Jordi Hereu and Isabel Rodríguez. Of the members of the Council of Ministers, the head of Equality, Ana Redondo, and the Minister of Science, Diana Morant, the new general secretary of the PSOE in the Valencian Community, will not continue. Teresa Ribera, who will be appointed the new executive vice-president of the European Commission, is also not in the new leadership.
