In his attempt to rebuild the state equipment and the freezing of the expenditure of authorities, US President Donald Trump suffered a further defeat in court. A Court of Appeal has now temporarily blocked its expenditure stop.
An appeal against the opinion of a federal court in the State Rhode Island was rejected by a Court of Appeal in Boston. The government must therefore release all frozen costs until the case has ultimately decided.
The spending stop is part of the initiative stated by technical billionaire Elon Musk on behalf of Trump’s initiative to reduce the administrative device in the US and weaken it as a political power factor. The Minister of Justice of around 20 democratically performed States, on the other hand, has made a lawsuit.
Stopping costs also influenced the inclusion and environmental projects
Trump had stopped spending five days after his curses -in. The measure must include all federal help, including funds for inclusion and environmental projects. Only certain costs may be excluded, for example for social security.
A judicial discussion started in the next day. Finally, a federal judge in Rhode Iceland discovered on Monday that Dietump administration of the judicial obligation did not meet the release of the funds and ordered this. The appeal against this regulation has now been rejected.
