Innsbruck vertebrae – such a coincidence: Topbaan for neighboring city leader

Date:

Without comparison offers, the city of Innsbruck has awarded a lucrative IT track. Probably purely coincidentally for a neighbor of mayor Johannes Anzengruber. The optics suffer because of six concrete points.

When ÖVP Business bundles, which he is still despite the exclusion of the party, BM Johannes Anzengruber apparently has a big heart for the IT industry. A lucrative city order has recently been awarded, and this time it is not 47,000 euros plus 15,000 license costs, such as with the accused Leer apps, which attracted the courtyard of urban development, but with no less than 99,000 euros without tax.

No comparison offers obtained
The deal makes six things strange. Firstly, there are clearly no alternative offers from other providers, although these are usually always obtained, even with smaller amounts. A “market singing” from the IT and communication office in the summer of the previous year was completely sufficient.

Border is 100,000 euros
Secondly, the order remains only 1000 euros under the limit, from which a tender is required by law.

Third, and here the optics really suffer enormously: the director of the IT company is commissioned by an immediate neighbor Anzergrubers in Arzl. A shel that thinks badly!

Nobody wanted to vote there
Fourth: the deal should have waved in secret, quiet and quiet by the voices of the left coalition of the Spö, Greens and Yes by Anzengruber. That would probably have worked if the opposition of FPö and Neue Innsbruck had not been so noisy and the only effective remedy she had available to have applied: the minority voice. This means that the Innsbruck must be dealt with the city council with the case.

Public
What leads to the fifth point: BM Anzengruber transferred the subject to a non -public meeting. Media and listeners were locked up.

And finally sixth: the commissioning of the IT company was only carried out with the voices of the Government Coalition (22 out of 40). None of the other factions wanted to vote.

Panel -Bound Magistrate Director
The “Krone” contacted the Anzenguber office with the request for a statement from the mayor – and was referred to the Magistrate Directorate. It is a purchasing process with regard to urban administration. “There is a good reason that the law in the city council is/has been dealt with in a non-public meeting: according to the basic knowledge of IT security, such a sensitive subject is not exactly for any audience.”

Next process that the operating office must check
Magistrat director Gabriele Herlitschka confirmed: “This process deals with pure administrative action within the urban IT landscape. All standards for purchasing legislation were kept binding in advance. The decision is based on technical considerations,” explained the (issued) Magistrate Director.

It will become clear why it was continued as described. This price is said to be the next to look at the city rate up close.

Incidentally, the IT -job is about protecting the urban IT system against hacking attacks. The state of Tyrol could have made the corresponding expertise here.
