For almost six years, the Ibiza affair around the ex-FPö boss Heinz-Christian Strache and the ex-Vice mayor Johann Gudenus (both FPö) van Vienna. The prosecutor of economic and corruption already accepted the last study last summer. But only now did Gudenus get his iPad back, as he announced on social media. He thanked him well – but with a strong part of cynicism …
“I want to thank the WKSTA for the nearly six -year storage of my iPad. I know they just wanted to go to the games, but I couldn’t crack the code. They really missed something,” wrote the former blue top politician on social media.
What he specifically referred to in ‘playing’ was due. Presumably, however, he referred to Heinz-Christian Strache, who is reportedly spent up to 3000 euros per month for the mobile game “Clash of Clans”. Whether Gudenus also likes to play online is not distributed.
All procedures against Gudenus Set
From 20 May 2019, the WKSTA has determined against the former FPö Club chairman and Viennese mayor as a result of the Ibiza videos. The WKSTA opened a procedure against him and four other suspects about suspicion of unfaithfulness, admission to unfaithfulness and acceptance of benefits for influencing. On August 12, 2019, a house search with him and the four other suspects, where electronic devices were also seized. Including the Gudenus iPad.
As a result, Gudenus repeatedly opened the focus of investigations and some procedures, but all of which were re -established. The last procedure (Causa Casinos Austria) was stopped last November.
In contrast to Strache, Gudenus has not had a political comeback since then. It was not until last October that the father of the family is again an exclusion from Krone.tv.
Millions of lawsuit and escalated housing party
In private, however, he continued to cause many vertebrae. An American investor demanded $ 750 million this year in a bank crime, including Gudenus. In the meantime, however, the lawsuit of the record collection is back on the table. And last year Gudenus provided a spicy business around an escalated apartment party in Vienna for a short time for media vertebrae.
After a long ice age, Gundeus now has normal contact with his own explanation. “Not the way it used to be, but you exchanged yourself,” says Gudenus.
