The Hungarian Parliament changed the Constitution on Monday to make it clear that there are only two sexes in the EU Member State: Male and Woman. The 15th amendment of the Constitution, which was decided by 140 to 21 votes, also limits the right of the meeting and makes the suspension of Hungarian citizenship possible.
The Hungarian Constitution now stipulates that there are only two genera about it. The birth of people is a biological conditions that can be male or female. Minister can suspend citizenship
The minister can be sent to suspend Hungarian citizenship if it is a threat to public order, public security or national security of Hungary. It may be a person who serves in the army or in the public service of another country, becomes a member of a terrorist organization or committed serious crimes such as genocide, terrorism financing or betrayal.
According to a special clause, citizenship can also be suspended if the person acts in the interest of a foreign power or foreign organization. This accusation is regularly led by the Hungarian government against the media and NGOs, which are hired critically.
From the perspective of international law, the originally planned hardship of Hungarian citizenship was abandoned.
