The Blue Council of Social Affairs makes the guidelines tightened: In the future, only projects will be financed that respect “domestic values and rules”. The leading principle of the social department was thus adapted to the FPö-OVP government program.
The fact that the Styrian Social Department has now walked to nothing after many years of Red Tour will now also be clearly noticeable for different clubs: because as one of his first actions in office, FPö State Council Hannes Amesbauer has aimed the “his” integration area. More precisely: the focus that the Spö had designed based on the “Charter of coexistence in diversity”.
The list of earlier “objectives in integration and diversity” was long: “Supporting integration regionally and on site through the bundling and strengthening of know -how,” said it. Money from the red social budget flowed for measures to “reduce discrimination”, in the sense of “promote mutual trust structure” and “promote social inclusion”.
New mission statement with a blue handwriting
The “wish list” of the content of the department was visible to anyone who wanted Lucen financing on the social server of the country. In the meantime it has disappeared from the website. Because the mission statement is adapted to the FPö ÖVP government program and is now wearing a considerably blue manuscript. The new integration focus of the country is now being read: “The goal is to promote the design of a society, to respect and internalize domestic values and regulations.”
“Complete thrust”
From now on the subsidies in the integration area are “interpreted”, Amesbauer has announced to the “Krone”. You take a “complete mutual reversal”. “In the future, we only subsidize projects under the title, integration and domestic values that clearly promote mediation, acceptance and internalization of domestic traditions and are committed to extremism, Islamist parallel societies and violence.”
How much tax money is there in the financing spot? This year a total of 3.2 million euros have been reserved for 40 project advertisers. The former social councilor Doris Kampus said in November, shortly before the elections, said 1.15 million euros before 2025 – although according to the old criteria. The further permits are now in the hands of the social department and the state council.
