The Hamas terrorist organization still has 59 hostages. According to the Israeli government, 24 of them are on the list of living hostages.
35 of them are on the list of kidnapping victims, whose death has been officially confirmed, according to the Israeli Geisel coordinator Gal Hirsch (see article below). In addition to Israelis, five foreigners belong to the 59 hostages.
Constant exchange with family members
He also wrote that “in constant contact with the families of all kidnapped people”. These would be provided with all information about their family members who the government has.
