Since then, the dimension of the project has changed several times and the start of the project has been delayed. The former Minister of Transport of De Groenen, Leonore Gewessler, also served as a basis for this, also a luxury report unveiled by the “Krone”. The evaluation cost no less than 460,000 euros.
