Rudolf Hoscher – It takes care of the money from the upper Austrians

Date:

For 25 years, the Upper Austrian audit office or tax money has been handled correctly. Director Rudolf Hoscher makes the balance in the interview. Why, despite the high success rate, he looks at the political implementation of how dangerous the water feature is really for the communities – and what reform he urgently wants.

“Krone”: Mr. Hescher, the state audit office is 25 years old. If you honestly make an inventory – what has really been improved by your work in political culture in Upper Austria? Or does the state audal office not have a politely ignored mandatory exercise?
Rudolf Hoscher: So I don’t see it that way. The state audit office was founded on January 1, 2000. So, as you said correctly, we now have our 25 -year anniversary. And of course certain administrative actions have become much, much more transparent. You just have to imagine, we check the financial statements of the country once a year and make a report. This means that there is of course the possibility of the population or the interested readers the chance to get a work that otherwise – I now say – very, very confusing. We just face transparency. Of course we have already achieved that large savings are made. We expect at any time and we can also say that we have made savings.
