A summer day as from the picture book, 30 degrees, Bright Blue Sky – in Ulan Bator, the coldest capital in the world, with an average temperature of minus one degree. But the reception is hot -bloody: with pump, pathos and arrowheads, Mongolia welcomes its unusual guest. The federal president of Austria, Alexander van der Bellen, came to a historic state visit – the first of an Austrian head of state.
