The EITB focus of May 2025 reveals that the management of Foral Deputations enjoy a good picture Among the population. Forale institutions achieve a 6.3 above ten, a score that is only equal to the management of the Basque government, and that exceeds the average rating of the municipalities (6).
As for the responsible person, All general delegates approve it. The best appreciated is elixabete Etxanobe, general deputy of Bizkaia, with a memorandum of 6.0, although it is only known for 36.9 % of citizenship. It is followed by Eider Mendoza (Gipuzkoa), with a 5.6, and Ramiro González (álava), who obtains 5.4 and is the best known (46.1 %).
Despite the general approved, the valuations fall slightly with regard to earlier measurements. The report emphasizes that the knowledge of these figures is still limited compared to that of other political leaders.

3,871 people who live in the CAV and Navarra (871 in Araba, 1200 in Bizkaia, 1200 in Gipuzkoa and 600 in Navarra) were interviewed to make the EITB focus research.
