Even on the fourth day after the “preventive strike” of Israel against the Iranian nuclear program, the two arch enemies continue the mutual attacks. Although Tehran signaled the willingness to talk, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu explained that the murder of the top leader of the country could end the conflict.
According to American government groups, Israeli leadership would have planned the murder of Ajatollah Ali Khamenei. However, US President Donald Trump would appeal. “President Trump was against it and we told the Israelis that they shouldn’t do it,” said an American government official on Sunday. In an interview with the American television broadcaster ABC News, Israel’s head of the Netanyahu government said that a murder Khamenis “will not escalate the conflict, they will end it.” Iran brings Israel “on the edge of a nuclear war” that his country wanted to end this aggression. “And we can only achieve this by opposing the powers of evil,” said Netanyahu.
Tehran: “Trump can put an end to the war by calling”
The Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi sounded that the army of his country “would defeat the leadership of Israel as long as necessary”. At the same time, he said that Trump could end the conflict by “a single phone call” in Jerusalem. Trump himself pushed the Iran again for negotiations. Iran is “not at the moment to win this war”, his leadership must “negotiate and immediately before it’s too late,” said Trump on the sidelines of the G7 top in Canada.
Western states have been accusing Iran from the pursuit of nuclear weapons for years. Tehran denies the allegations. Parts of the Iranian nation Natanz were destroyed in the Israeli air strikes. The head of the International Nuclear Energy Authority, Rafael Grossi, said on Monday in Vienna, the part of Natanz, where Uranium is enriched, was not attacked.
Iran: “Attack on TV Station is a war crime”
On the fourth day of Iran’s open military investigation, Israel briefly put the Iranian state of television out of effect with a targeted attack. The attack took place on Monday during a live broadcast of the irib broadcaster that it interrupted a fire speech by a moderator against Israel (see X-posts above). Moments later, Irib went up again. Another eleven people died in Israel as a result of an Iranian attack. The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs accused Israel because of the attack on the television station “war crimes”. The UN Security Council must now act, said spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Esmaeil Baqaei.
