Again vertebrae for the Neos -State Secretary Sepp Schellhorn, who is actually responsible for deregulation. Despite an upright job ban, he is still managed as the operator of a ski restaurant in Salzburg. Incompatibility in a committee also became a matter in parliament. In the office of the State Secretary, it is claimed that the “technical details” has been resolved.
Sepp, what are you still doing? As is known, Sepp Schellhorn of the Neos -State Secretary had to give up five old jobs and various owners to companies for his new office as State Secretary in the Zuckerl Coalition. He had to immediately report all entrepreneurial activities to Parliament because of the applicable professional ban and then hire them quickly.
“Mr. Schellhorn has met all the legal requirements and is transferred to all his offices, because it must be legal,” said a spokeswoman at the request of the “Krone” in mid -March. About three months later, however, it should not have kept everything the same.
Does the State Secretary manage a ski restaurant?
At least in the parliamentary incompatibility committee this was registered. In a meeting on Monday, the Angertal 1180 Ski restaurant in Bad Hofgastein came into the picture. In the Wirtschafts-compass, Schellhorn was still managed as the owner on Monday, and even on the homepage the State Secretary was still mentioned as operator on Tuesday.
The session on Monday therefore had to be interrupted – the pink had time to cover everything by Wednesday. Otherwise the Constitutional Court will deal with it, an insider reports.
State Secretary claims: “Everything announced”
In comparison with the “Kroon”, it is from the office of the State Secretary: “He has now withdrawn from all relevant participations and functions and has also reported and made the incompatibility committee and has opened all information.”
In the course of the committee consultation, a question only arose with regard to a single participation, for “further legal clarification”. This “technical detail” will of course be resolved to the continuation of the committee meeting on Wednesday.
