Criticism of party rental – all-round attack: Sachslehner raged against the Viennese SPÖ

Date:

On Thursday, ÖVP Secretary General Laura Sachslehner continued her series of press conferences on the “hypocrisy” of other parties with statements about the Vienna SPÖ. In the current issue she criticized the low rent in the party headquarters on Löwelstrae and the Vienna summer campaign.

Sachslehner referred to the low rent for the Federal Party’s headquarters in Löwelstrasse, reported by the Court of Auditors to the Senate for Transparency of the Independent Party and reiterated criticisms of the subsidy for the Danube Island Festival and the high advertising expenditure through the city of Vienna before and also under Rot-pink.

Criticism of “several thousand euros” for advertisements
This time, the VP Secretary General focused on the advertising campaign “So geht Sommer!” from the city of Vienna. Since “several thousand euros” would be spent on “absolutely pointless” advertisements, Sachslehner thought – and demanded “complete clarification” and an apology from Mayor Michael Ludwig (SPÖ).

Regarding the relatively low rent for the federal party SPÖ in a building in the city of Vienna on Löwelstrae, Sachslehner demanded the termination of the lease and a statement from the party leadership at federal and state level.
