Fofana is already a Chelsea player

Wesley Fofana is now officially a Chelsea footballer. The English club announced the signing of the 21-year-old French central defender, who arrived from Leicester instead of €82.5 milliona figure that can be close to 90 ‘kilo’ depending on various variables.
