Ocampo admitted in his presentation that it was a “dream” to go to the World Cup in Qatar

The Uruguayan soccer player defined his signing for Cádiz as the “first big step” of his football career and stressed that playing in Europe is “the best” and that his intention is to “improve, grow and fight for permanence”.
