It’s official: Manchester United have been boosted by a goalkeeper on the last day of the summer transfer market: Martin Dubravka, who arrived on loan from Newcastle, with an option to buy for the Old Trafford club. With the Slovakian goalkeeper United closed the list of incorporations for this 2022-23 season.
Dubravka arrived at United to replace David De Gea. United themselves confirmed on Thursday afternoon the arrival of the Slovak goalkeeper, capped 30 times for his country.

});
United’s new goalkeeper signed for Newcastle in 2018, first on loan from Sparta Prague and then signed permanently. Dubravka is 33 years old and trained in the lower teams of Zilina.
Martin Dubravka’s grandfather and father were also goalkeepers. Therefore, he is the third generation of goalkeepers in his family.
As for Manchester United, Dubravka is its sixth addition to the market this summer after Antony (Ajax), Casemiro (Real Madrid), Lisandro Martínez (Ajax), Tyrell Malacia (Feyenoord) and Christian Eriksen (Brentford).
