Crazy: They arrested 80 Dutch who were building an illegal stand in Monza

Date:

They thought they had a great idea, that no one would see them and they could put an ‘orange’ dot on a Monza full of red. Also, that they can enjoy F1 for free. But the plan went wrong. 80 Dutch people were arrested at the Monza Autodrome after being caught red-handed, setting up an illegal grandstand to follow the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix this weekend.

The chosen area is just behind turn 1, in the first Veriante. They want to build a stand from one day to the next located inside the campsite to avoid buying a ticket.

The story is strange, because for this, these Dutch fans brought tons of materials to the track for a construction that, in addition to being illegal, could be a real danger to all the people who climb it.

Fortunately, before any misfortune happened, this group of fans was arrested by the police on Thursday afternoon while they were building the aforementioned grandstand.

“They called a truck and during the operation, some obviously drunk campers tried to fight it,” police sources told local media ‘Monza Today’.
