The Italian Dennis Foggia (Honda) sent a serious warning to its FP2 rivals for the Americas Moto3 Grand Prix in Austin, which took the best time with a 2’15 ”440, lower than the Canet circuit record in 2017 and pretty far still on The Valencian pole in 2017 (2’14 “644), but placed nearly four-tenths over his compatriot Andrea Migno (Honda), author of the best time of the morning
Foggia exceeded 2: 15.440, while Migno took the time to improve his time from the morning, but he did it to get a 2: 15.824 that guaranteed him second position. They were the only ones riding under 2’16 ”, as Spaniard Daniel Holgado (KTM), third, had already done so in 2: 16.190, ahead of his teammate Jaume Masiá.
The last time Foggia showed such excellence was at the Indonesian Grand Prix and then they didn’t see his hair draw a single race hard to see in the small category unless the speed was higher than his rivals.
Carlos Tatay (CFMoto) was seventh, Izan Guevara was ninth, Sergio García Dols (GasGas) eleventh and lost 1 “100. They were left with direct Q2 Xavier Artigas (CFMoto) 16th, David Salvador (Husqvarna) 20th, Iván Ortolá (KTM) 23rd, Gerard Riu (KTM) 24th, Adrián Fernández (KTM) 25th and Ana Carrasco (KTM), 29th.
