Rafa Nadal made sure to play with Roger Federerin his last professional game, was something “unforgettable”.
The Spaniard arrived in London on Thursday for the Laver Cup, where he will play a doubles match this Friday with Roger Federer, who announced his retirement last week.
“The pressure is different after everything we shared. Being part of this historical moment is going to be unforgettable for me. I’m very happy, I hope I can play well and create a good moment and win the match.”Nadal said in a press conference.
“Being with Roger again is something I look forward to and it makes me very happy.“, he added.
“Personal relationships are more important than professional ones. It’s difficult to manage everything, especially for Roger, but also for me.
