The 90K Camino de la Cruz race, which celebrates its V edition next Saturday, October 1, opens entry to Caravaca de la Cruz this year, registering a record number of entries, with a total of 1,500 runners divided into three modalities: 90K, 42K and 21K.
The runners will reach the city through the new access that crosses the San Jerónimo ravine that connects to the old part of the city, according to the director of the Institute of Tourism (Itrem), Juan Francisco Martínez, during the presentation of the event . In addition, another novelty of this edition is that the finish of the race this time will be in the Gran Vía de Caravaca. The start in Bullas of the half marathon (21K), will be held for the first time in the evening (6 pm) to avoid the hottest hours of the day and thus share the route with the participants of the rest of the distances.
