Tiger Woods announced this Tuesday the list of participants for the Hero World Challengea contest organized by its foundation every year in December at Albany, Bahamas. In the same figure the invitation for the Basque Jon Rahmtournament winner in 2018 and 2nd in 2019. In addition to Rahm and the defending champion, the Norwegian Victor Hovlandthere are 16 winners on the PGA Tour.
Rahm will have as rivals, apart from Hovland, the World Number 1, Scottie Scheffler, and Tony Finau, Xander Schauffele, Billy Horschel, Hideki Matsuyama, Justin Thomas, Cameron Young, Collin Morikawa, Sungjae Im, Will Zalatoris, Max Homa, Matt Fitzpatrick, Tom Kim, Sam Burns, and Jordan Spieth. Three seats remain to be awarded. Obviously none of those who moved to the Arab Super League and once played a Tiger event are on the list.
The tournament will be played from December 1 to 5 without a court and has a prize pool of 3.5 million dollars.
